BlueSG

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Drive to Fortune!” Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) organized by BlueSG Pte Ltd (“BlueSG”).

2. By taking part in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decision(s) of BlueSG in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

3. BlueSG reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that the Organisers consider fraudulent, inappropriate or unacceptable).

4. The Lucky Draw is for BlueSG mobile app users who rent the Bluecar or Corsa-E from 12th December 2023, 18:00 to 28th January 2024, 23:59 (both dates inclusive) (“Qualifying Period”).

5. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, you must fulfil all of the following criteria:

a. Download BlueSG mobile app and sign-up for an account if you are not a BlueSG registered user.

b. Every rental trip of at least 15 (fifteen) payable minutes during the qualifying period will be eligible for 1 (one) lucky draw chance.

c. Every rental trip made with rental package during the qualifying period will be eligible for 1 (one) lucky draw chance.

d. Qualified trips must end by 28th January 2024, 23:59. Rental trips that end after 28th January 2024, 23:59 will not be eligible for the lucky draw.

6. You will be automatically enrolled and stand a chance to win the following prizes in the lucky draw.

• 1st Prize: 1 (one) Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB (Retail value: $1,999)

• 2nd Prize: 1 (one) Insta360 Ace Pro (Retail value: $629)

• 3rd Prize: $600 Fairmont Hotel Gift Voucher

• 4th Prize: 1 (one) Bose QuietComfort Earbuds SII (Black) (Retail value: $379)

• 5th Prize:  Buffet Lunch for 2 at Asian Market Café (worth $199)

• 12 Consolation Prizes: $100 eCapitaVouchers

7. Lucky draw will be conducted publicly on 6th February 2024, 4pm at BlueSG office (Address: 48 Changi South Street 1, Singapore 486130), and announcement of the results will be made on BlueSG’s Website, Facebook and Instagram by 8th February 2024.

8. Winners will be notified by BlueSG with instructions on how to claim their prize. In claiming the prize, BlueSG may request for identification documents or further information from you to verify and check the authenticity of the prize winner, to prevent fraud.

9. Lucky draw winners will be notified by BlueSG with instructions on how to claim their prizes within 30 working days of the campaign end date via your registered email address with BlueSG.

10. Should there be a shortage in stock for the prizes, the collection date of your prizes will be updated by email to your registered email address with BlueSG.

11. Prizes must be claimed within the stipulated collection date, failing which it may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at BlueSG’s discretion).

12. All prizes should be claimed before 31st May 2024. BlueSG will not entertain any claims after this date.

13. Employees of BlueSG are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

14. Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

15. BlueSG shall not be responsible for any failure of delay in posting of rental transactions which may result in any customer being omitted from the Lucky Draw.

16. BlueSG will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to any error in computing any qualifying transaction, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment) and/or any notices, letters or correspondence lost, stolen or misdirected in the postal system or telecommunication system, and the consequences arising from the non-receipt of such communication.

17. BlueSG’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.

18. BlueSG may vary the Terms and Conditions, or withdraw or terminate the Lucky Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
