About the role
As an Senior/ Manager, Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leveraging data to refine user segments and optimize content marketing strategies. Your role involves analysing customer behaviours, defining target audiences, and ensuring that marketing campaigns are tailored for maximum impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive overall business growth.
1. Data-Driven Segmentation & Targeting
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models using behavioural, demographic, and transactional data.
- Analyse user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for personalized marketing strategies.
- Prepare campaign and performance reports.
2. Content & Campaign Optimisation
- Use data insights to guide the creation of highly targeted content marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with content and social team to ensure messaging aligns with segmented audience needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields.

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Zendesk, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

About the Role
The Team Lead will organize, direct, and monitor the daily activities of a team of Customer Service Advisors. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer service, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement of team performance.
- Organise and oversee shift duties for the team.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Experience Agents to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure emails, live chat and calls handled by Customer Experience Agents are correctly managed.
- Monitor calls to observe individual demeanour, technical accuracy, and adherence to company and clientpolicies and procedures.
- Handle and escalate sensitive calls when necessary.
- Provide real-time feedback and conduct monthly reviews.

About the Role
- Plan and monitor live anomalous activities.
- Liaise and follow up with field technicians to ensure the execution of all assignments within given time frames in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
- Dispatch instructions to the preventive fleet maintenance (to stations or vehicles).
- Coordinate all dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles from one station to another.
- Alert relevant department(s) in case of any breakdowns or issues and coordinate the actions that need to be implemented.
- List and analyse technical needs of the service.
- Anticipate risks, analyse data, and advise on corrective actions to implement on ground.
- Handle incident management, which includes investigation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transportation and automotive.
- Good teamwork, sense of urgency, organized, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates with a Singapore Class 3/3A/3C driving licence and familiarity with Singapore roads will have an advantage.
- Rotating shift work; required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (44-hour work week).
About the Role
- Carry out basic diagnostics, repair, maintenance and fault findings for the Electric Vehicles (EVs).
- Ensure cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the EVs.
- Update onboard PC and changing of SIM card.
- Balance/ Shift of EVs between charging stations where required.
- Handle service anomalies such as unplugged cars, cars parked outside of stations, lost and found items, etc.
- Report status and issues via the information system.
- Communicate with customers about our service where required.
What We’re Looking For
- NITEC in Automotive / Electrical Engineering.
- Possess a valid Class 3 / 3C driving license and a clean driving record.
- Candidate with hands-on automotive experience will have an advantage.
- Able to perform permanent night shift (9pm – 6.45am) on 5-day work week.
