Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on our services and memberships in accordance with the company’s service standards and quality objectives
  • Resolve customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedback
  • Assist with membership enrollment process
  • Provide remote technical assistance to customers
  • Manage outgoing calls to customers during customer journey including satisfaction survey
  • Analyze each situation and escalate calls to the right team

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Fleet Technician (EV) will provide first level of service to solve customer issues.

You will ensure that all preventive maintenance activities are scheduled and carried out and also make sure that cars are moved to various organization locations as necessary to ensure their availability to customers.
  • Carry out diagnosis, repair, maintenance and fault findings for the Electric Vehicles (EVs)
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the EVs
  • Update onboard PC and changing of SIM card
  • Balancing / Shifting of EVs to the stations when required
  • Handle service anomalies such as unplugged cars, cars parked outside of stations, lost & found, etc
  • Report on the information system via PDA
  • Communicate with customers about our service when required

Key Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in automotive workshop - with experience in electrical wiring, diagnostic
  • Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A / 3C license with at least 1 year of driving experience
  • Ability to use specialized software such as PDA and diagnostic tablets
  • Shift work, required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (5 days, 44 hours work week) - shift allowance provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and monitoring of live anomalies activities
  • Liaise and follow up with site technicians to ensure the execution of all assignments within given time frames in accordance with company and statutory requirements
  • Dispatch instructions to the preventive fleet maintenance (stations or vehicles)
  • Coordinate all dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles from one station to another
  • Alert the relevant department in case of any breakdown or issues and coordinate the right actions which need to be implemented
  • List and analyze technical needs of the service
  • Anticipate the risks, analyze data, advise on corrective actions in order to implement them on the ground
  • Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting

Key Requirements:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidate who possess the experience in rental management, transportation and logistics fleet will be an added advantage
  • Good decision-making skills, rigorous, sense of priorities, organized and good analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft office
  • Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A / 3C license and familiar with Singapore roads
  • Rotating Shift work, required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (44 hours work week) - shift allowance provided
