Terms & Conditions Governing the “Majulah BlueSG: Drive, Celebrate & Win” Campaign (“Campaign”)

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Majulah BlueSG: Drive, Celebrate & Win” Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by BlueSG Pte Ltd (“BlueSG”).

2. By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decision(s) of BlueSG in relation to and in connection with this Campaign.

3. BlueSG reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that BlueSG deems fraudulent, inappropriate or unacceptable).

4. The Campaign is for BlueSG mobile app users who rent BlueSG vehicles (Bluecar) with campaign decal from 09 August 2024, 00:00hrs to 11 August 2024, 23:59hrs (both dates inclusive) (“Qualifying Period”).

5. To qualify for the Campaign, you must fulfil all of the following criteria:

a. Download the BlueSG mobile app and sign up for an account if you are not a BlueSG registered user.

b. Users must rent a vehicle with the campaign car decal, for at least 59 minutes to be eligible  for the Campaign. Only per-minute trips completed within the qualifying period are eligible. Trips completed with rental packages (whether wholly or partially) will not be eligible for the Campaign.

c. Qualified trips must end by 11th August 2024, 23:59hrs. Rental trips that end after 11 August 2024, 23:59hrs will not be eligible for the Campaign.

6. The Campaign is limited to the first 59 registered users who successfully fulfil the required criteria.

7. Rental credits will be awarded to the qualifying users based on the following reward structure:

• The first 1 qualified user will receive $159 in rental credits.

• The next 10 qualified users will receive $59 in rental credits.

• The next 10 qualified users will receive $15.90 in rental credits.

• The final 38 qualified users will receive $5.90 in rental credits.

Each participant is eligible to receive only one reward, regardless of the number of qualifying trips completed during the Campaign period.

8. The rental credit reward will be credited to the qualified member's account within 30 working days after the end of the Campaign period.

9. Rental credit can be used towards eligible rental charges only and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

10. BlueSG Employees are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.

11. BlueSG shall not be responsible for any failure of delay in posting of rental transactions which may result in any customer being omitted from the Campaign.

12. BlueSG shall not be responsible for:

A) Any failure or delay in posting rental transactions that may result in a customer being omitted from the Campaign.

B) Any loss, claim, or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Campaign, including errors in computing qualifying transactions.

C) Any notices, letters, or correspondence lost, stolen, or misdirected in the postal or telecommunication system, and any consequences arising from non-receipt of such communications.

13. BlueSG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
